Purchasing Coordinator (169924)

Your role

As a Purchasing Coordinator, 

You will

• Review documents submitted by buyers for prospective vendors to ensure compliance with all requirements.
• Organize the documents when submitted the purchase order or delivery of goods by vendors.
• Provide Indirect purchasing support include following established guidelines and procedures for non-inventory purchases and to work with technical department, carry out Vendor qualification and according to projection requirement.
• Update Purchase Orders with current delivery information and follow the principles of Internal Control rule to build up local procedure or process.
• Oversee Receiving Standard Operating Procedure’s by ensuring they are current to meet compliance requirements and verify they are being followed.
• Develop relationships with suppliers to resolve delivery and quality concerns and obtain documents.
• Assist Customer Care Manager with projects as needed.
• Take any tasks or projects assigned by the immediate manager/supervisor.
• Implement supplier management to align with global and local’s policy.

• Bachelor’s degree and /or above
• Strong knowledge and understanding of purchasing procedures
• Basic knowledge of business principles and processes and office protocol
• Microsoft Operating System and Office Applications, including strong Excel skills
• Ability to analyse the prices of the products market and negotiate with suppliers
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese & English
• SAP operation familiarity as an advantage
