Field Service Engineer - EUV

【工作內容】

● 竹科tsmc之EUV機台駐廠裝機

● EUV機台日常PM、trouble shooting(需有dry pump及local scrubber維修經驗)

● 技術支援並協助解決客戶問題

● 周休二日、輪值on call：夜間/假日on call。

(依現有人數排班輪值，另給待命津貼、出勤另給加班費。)

【人才需求】

1.需有半導體廠或相關領域設備維修經驗

2.需具抗壓力與危機處理能力

3.需應對台積客戶，具備溝通協調及良好表達能力者佳
