Technical Engineer, CSC Taiwan (164055)

Your role
As a Technical Engineer, CSC Taiwan, your primary mission is to carefully create and implement product changes and improvements, ensuring that all updates consistently meet targeted customer standards as well as applicable regulatory requirements.
- Develop enhanced specifications and technical benchmarks through detailed analysis and engineering
- Establish customer-specific testing and verification for new developments
- Aim to deliver value through excellent customer response, superior product performance, and high-quality standards supporting sustainable growth
- Serve as the main technical resource implementing mechanical and electrical changes
- Conduct tests to ensure customer and regulatory compliance
To succeed, you will need
- B.S./M.S. in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
- Relevant experience in manufacturing or engineering project management for mechanical machinery and semiconductor equipment.
- 3+ years as Mechanical/Electrical Engineer or Technical Support in manufacturing machinery and semiconductor equipment
- 5+ years as Technical Engineer in semiconductor equipment, mechanical design, manufacturing, quality control, project management, or R&D
- Fluent English (speaking and writing)
Required:
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles and manufacturing processes
- Hands-on experience with engineering changes, assembly, or fabrication
- Knowledge of industry standards, certifications, and safety regulations
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to design experiments, analyze data, and develop processes
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with quality control procedures
- Familiarity with Failure Analysis and statistical tools (FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma, Minitab)
- Familiarity with CAD software and project management tools
- Professional, proactive, detail-oriented work ethic
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
