Job description:

  • Work towards the Mission statement provided for Power Technique Service (PTS) Division
  • The Individual should bear positive attitude to make an efficient, agile and service driven organization
  • The individual should ensure total Customer satisfaction generate the feel-good factor and driving customer delight, Retain existing customer loyalties with increasing YOY.
  • Ensure on-time booking of service hours in SJA module & manage forward planning of jobs
  • Initiate Direct service to End customers & improve Direct Service business.
  • Focus & achieve on timely completion of service issues
  • Focus on all the service parameters & stay aligned to the target defined
  • Implement ECBs, SB & Technical Changes as per PC Guidelines at field level
  • Co-ordinate with Product specialist, HO reducing escapes and share quality feedback / suggestions timely.
  • Capable of conducting in house training for key customers & dealer team
  • Organize Service Camps/Road Shows and other field activities
  • Effective & timely update of PTS Systems (DMS, MOL, QLINK, FLEETLINK, MYWARRANTY, POWERCONNECT, MAM2 etc.)
  • Support product companies / Marketing for new product trails
  • Identify Non-service Taking customers & Educate benefits of availing Genuine services & spares.
  • Work on Dealer Team management – Guide dealer Service engineers & provide technical support for service request (Dealer & Customer), Stock recommendation & Ensure adequate inventory stock at dealer end basis installed units to reduce breakdown time.
  • Support to achieve budgeted spares order booking & sales targets
  • Drive self-serviceability module execution
  • Capable of independently handling Service Quotes.

 

Customer Relationship:

  • Collect customer feedback on service
  • Analyse escalated customer-related problems and work with dealer team to resolve them
  • Analyse factors causing dissatisfaction among customers,
  • Review measures and take corrective action in coordination with Regional Service Manager, Product specialist

To succeed, you will need

Qualifications : Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Knowledge :

  • 3 to 8 years experience
  • Service sales in Compressor / Construction/ Mining industries  will be an added advantage
  • Good knowledge on Air compressors, Engine will be preferred

  • Good communication Skills with an open minded attitude
  • Always Ready to gain Knowledge of products and channel dynamics
  • Computer Skills – E-mails, MS Office must.
  • Interpersonal skills – Approach to Customers professionally
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and able to meet stringent deadlines
  • Ability to Handle / Deliver under pressure
  • Excellent eye for details and quality, able to carryout RCA
  • Work requires willingness to travel within the designated territory in all modes at all times (Approx. 80% of Working time)
  • Creativity / Innovative Ideas to resolve issues for satisfying Customers
  • Basic knowledge on Spares Parts Business
