EUV/IS Regional Product Manager, Semi

Your role
As a EUV/IS Regional Product Manager, Semi, is the person who combines both product planning and marketing to manage the entire life cycle of the product and its line-up, and are responsible for
- Collaborate with customers to address needs and market trends related to EUV & Integrated SYS during sales and marketing.
- Drive sustainable market share growth through effective strategies. Develop and manage regional product strategies by coordinating with sales, applications, and cross-functional teams.
- Provide measurable inputs for new product R&D from market insights and technology developments.
- Implement pricing and value-based sales strategies per company policies.
- Manage product life cycle and strategy based on market insights and roadmap.
- Define product rationale, features, and timeline for R&D.
- Ensure accurate and timely product launches.
- Collect and analyze feedback to refine requirements and products.
- Generate measurable inputs for product improvement from technical and market analysis.
- Maintain product documentation including market insights and project sheets.
- Offer recommendations and prioritize initiatives to expand the product base and vision.
- Collaborate with senior management and key account managers on strategies, roadmaps, and business cases.
- Develop and implement pricing and sales strategies consistent with objectives.
- Maintain compliance with company guidelines.

- Products: All Semiconductor EUV, Integrated SYS, and related sub-systems/accessories (hardware and software).
- Region and Customers: Korea, including Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, and Korean OEMs as needed.
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics (M.S. degree is preferred)
- Knowledge of explosion proof technology, Semi S2, Samsung Common Spec. compliance
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role (Project management etc.)
- 7+ years experience of semi equipment/product specialist or R&D engineering
- 8+ year experience in Mechanical product development or engineering
- 8+ year Research/study in Vacuum pump, compressor, gas turbine, combustor, plasma reactor, Catalyst etc
- Fluent Business English skill
Job location
This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Hwaseong
