Sales Engineer, CSK

Your role
- Promote the value and sales of CSK products to customer on a global scale.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Samsung and CSK to effectively address customer’s requirements.
- Drive market growth and sales improvement
- Monitor competitors’ status, including their strengths, weaknesses, and technical roadmaps.
- Establish budgets and assume direct responsibility for achieving targets.
- Implement strategies to increase sales volume.
- Report and analyze marketing information related to investments, competition, and other relevant factors.
- Coordinate with the Production Company and Technical Support Group to deliver accurate products and services to customers.
- Enhance customer centricity and experience. Maintain proactive communication with both internal and external customers.
- Provide product introductions and presentations for new products to customers.
- Monitor customers’ investment plans and inquiries proactively.
- Track competitor information and activities.
- Oversee site operations and collaborate with field service engineers.
- Engage with OEM accounts to explore product evaluation opportunities and expand business penetration.

- Degree level qualification in materials, electronics or chemical is essential
- A degree-level qualification in materials, electronics, or chemistry is essential.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor equipment fields.
- Comprehensive knowledge and marketing expertise across the semiconductor industry.
- Technical understanding of vacuum products.
- Customer-focused mindset with awareness of effective interactive approaches.
- Strong communication, organizational insight, and influencing abilities.
- Business communication skills in both Korean and English.
- Extensive representative experience engaging with customers across the company.
Job location
This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Hwaseong
