Sales Manager, Abatement System

Your role
Sales Manager has to lead the undisputed position in Semi Abatement industry in global semiconductor market.
Sales Manager must drive CSK’s constant growth thru excellent competence in all area of products, technology and service, Especially transfer CSK’s value completely into clients to increase market share, revenue and UGP.
Also, Sales Manager must secure close communication with Division to make the best alignment among CSK and Division that will develope more opportunities and relationship with customers.
In addition, Sales Manager is required to have a strong leadership and wide view for the market, customer and people to lead interactive way with every stakeholders.
- Strengthening relationship with Semi market thru clear understainding on customer’s vision and goal
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promotes our value and reinforce brand power
- Develop sucessor thru communication, coaching and encouragement to team
- Contribution to biz. growth thru proactively visible planning for customer satisfaction that will lead to increase market share, price and UGP
- Achieving a high level of customer (DMU) satisfaction by improving our organization and our processes to meet our customers’ needs
- Reporting and analysis marketing information for investments, competition and etc
- Communication with Production and Technical Support Dept. to provide correct products and services to customers
- Working as a primary contact point between customer and CSK to make the best response to customers thru correct understanding on the requirement
- Monitoring competitor’s status to reinfirce our winning strategy
- Build up robust interactive communcation with every stakeholders
To succeed, you will need
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Having an excellent experience in Semi industry or Abatement market
- Strong leadership skills with capability to give enthusiasm to the organization
- Able to manage multiple high priority tasks
- Strategical capabilities to increase business and wide view of marketing
- Knowledge of abatement technology and customer application is highly desirable
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Fluent English skill (written and spoken)
