Senior Sales Engineer, OEMs

Your role
Take responsibility for his or her own accounts business growth in Korean Solar, LED, Power chip and Other market.
Achieve financial targets (Revenue, UGP) & drive market growth through well-established sales strategy execution and concrete customer engagement.
Find potential business opportunity & development with right sales strategies through identifying market investment trends, analyzing customer’s needs, competition status and providing value proposition.
◼ Planning sales strategies for currently existing market expansion and potential market development (Customer, Competitor, Product, Solution) in the viewpoint of short and long term
◼ Identify best business case with a right product, solution proposal then targeting potential business opportunities through reporting OEM sales manager.
◼ Develop differentiated solution proposal by dedicated success & failure analysis (What is key successful factors? How can solve penetration barriers?)
◼ Management for target revenue, profit rate achievement.
◼ Planning, Management, Implementation of not only all cost reduction activities such as material cost, logistic cost, warranty cost, etc. but also improvement plan of sales revenue, profit rate by dedicated analysis
◼ Gathering market requirement and analyzing customer’s needs then input the gained information from market (Customers and Competitors) to DSL & OEM Sales manager so that he can review and make a right and timely judgement for inputting request of new products development and solutions to the related teams internally.
Your skills and experience
- Education level
- Bechelor degree or above with a chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or business administration is preferred. - Relevant Previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience)
- Minimum 3 years as a key account sales manager experience for Semi and Display market is required.
- Minimum 3 years as direct & indirect sales or marketing, planning experience in Semi, DSL, Electrical and Electronics, chemical, equipment industry is required. - Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fullfil the role’s responsibilities)
- Good knowledge and understanding of abatement system and Semi, DSL industry is required.
- Account knowledge for cost analysis, establishment pricing policy is required. - Other requirements (e.g. Language skills; competencies; expected travel requirements)
- Good English communication skill both verbal and written is essential.

- This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Hwaseong, Korea (the Republic of) (KR). You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
- This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our (insert organization here) in Hwaseong, Korea (the Republic of) (KR).
- This role is fully remote and employed through our legal entity in Hwaseong, Korea (the Republic of) (KR). Other locations may be possible to review.
