Field Sales Engineer - Capital Equipment, level II, Domestic-ME2D

Your role
Sales enginner of SK Hynix account is responsible for delivering profitable market share growth and a world class global infrastructre across the appropriate customer centres, with the aim of delivering a high level of customer satisfaction, contributing to the profitable growth of the SEMI , Semi Service and SEMI Chamber soultions divisions. Also, the same mission reflects on Key Foundry, Megnachip, and etc.
• To support the group's vision "First in mind… First in choice…" and promote core values.
• Owns the responsibility for the Profit & Loss and the Balance Sheet for SK Hynix regional.
• Take the lead globally for SK Hynix in terms of driving growth , customer escaltions and internally communicating with CC’s and the Divisions.
• Develops and implements sales and marketing strategies to build and reinforce target market share and profitability.
• Handles major sales and negotiations for the sales towards SK Hynix such as VPA (Volume Purchase Agreement)
• Coordinates SK Hynix activities between sales & marketing across all departments in CC Korea.
• Conducts CRM, forecasting, and inputs to the S&OP process. • Assist with the Share and Penetration objectives for SK Hynix regionally.
• Develops the global business line with the objective of giving all SEMI / SEMI Service and SEMI Chamber Solutions products the highest probability of winning more profitable market share.
• Develops the sales channels, direct and indirect in line with revenues , and always considering the cost efficiency targets of the Div. Business units.
• Ensures co-ordinated support of global Product and Applications, Product support in terms of delivering a differentiated technology solutions strategy, delivering best-in-class customer value.
• The same responsibilities written above reflects on Key Foundry and Magnachip as well.
• Engaing in self development and contribute to the team in order to maximize its performance.
Your skills and experience

- Undergraduate degree in business admistration and international relations
- Experience in Semiconductor industry preferred.
- Career background in the Vacuum & Abatement industry (Scrubber & ELA equipment).
- Proven track record in sales and marketing and service – 5+ years.
- Sound commercial awareness – 5+ year’s commercial experience.
- Proven experience in the effective use of CRM systems and sales & operational processes.
- Possession of business acumen, influencing, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strategic and conceptual capability to lead and develop a regional and global business.
- Very strong customer orientated attitude
- Dynamic with strong entrepreneurial , interpersonal , leadership and influencing skills.
- Proactive.
- Able to empower team members and work as part of a team.
- Keen interest in culture and the way of doing business in global countries /regions Additional Requirements:

- This role is fully remote and employed through our legal entity in Icheon, Korea (the Republic of) (KR). Other locations may be possible to review.
