Your Role

Main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and recommend GenAI strategies and solutions.
• Advise the broad organization on GenAI efforts, meaning help draft architectures and processes, evaluate tools, vendors and consultants, and run POCs for teams requiring expert guidance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams involved in GenAI projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and implementation of GenAI solutions.
• Stay updated on GenAI advancements, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
• Ensure alignment on compliance, security, privacy and application intake to maintain system integrity and security while adhering to standards and legislation (e.g. EU AI Act)

 
To succeed, you will need  

Required skills are as follows:

• You know the ins and outs of AI and GenAI, and know the different steps of the data science process: from data extraction over model building to deployment and monitoring has no secrets for you.
• You have a strong understanding of AI and GenAI technologies, frameworks, tools and platforms.
• You have demonstrated experience in leading (Gen)AI projects from conception to implementation, showing the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and deliver successful outcomes.
• You have proven experience translating business requirements into technical ones, e.g. through drawing technical architectures and processes.
• You know the typical development lifecycle and are comfortable leading meetings over the entire lifespan of a project.
• You know the Azure cloud stack, especially Azure AI and App Services.
• You have a basic understanding of both front and back-end technologies.
• You display knowledge of and clear interest in compliance and regulations.
• You communicate fluently in English.

Preferably, you also have:

• Previous experience with Python and database technologies
• Knowledge about DevOps
• Experience with following tools/technologies/frameworks: Jira, Agile, Scrum, Confluence.
