Field Service Technician-Istanbul Asia

Your role

As a service technician, do you enjoy having a team of colleagues that looks after your daily planning, makes sure the right spare parts you need are delivered on time and supports you remotely when you are facing more complex technical issues?We are looking for service technician who loves to work autonomously in a diversity of companies for Istanbul Asya Region. Do you enjoy travelling to different customers in your dedicated region? You can start your day from home and drive to the customer with a company vehicle fully equipped with safe and rock-solid tools.Do you get energy when you can learn new things? Our customers have a range of different types of compressors with a variety of technologies (from mechanical, electronic to Internet Of Things and complex control mechanisms) allowing you to grow in techniques and specializations based on your interests and experience. You will

Report into the Service Team Leader.
Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.
Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

Proficient in electrical systems with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
Possess a high school diploma in Electrical or Electronic fields.
Since this role involves direct customer interaction, you should have strong interpersonal skills, be proficient with computers, and hold a valid driving license.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for solving technical problems.

Job location

You will be part of our customer center in Istanbul Asya. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, Turkey.
