Field Sales Engineer - Capital Equipment, level II, Domestic-ME2D

Your role
As a Sales Engineer within the Atlas Copco Rental Team, you will drive business growth by combining technical expertise with a strong understanding of customer needs. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will develop tailored solutions, manage customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
You will conduct regular customer visits, perform market and competitor analyses, and deliver product demonstrations to support value-based sales. Working closely with cross-functional teams (sales support, logistics, finance, and service), you will ensure smooth operations, track payments, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Additionally, you will use CRM tools to report activities and monitor performance, while actively contributing to closing deals and expanding your assigned territory.

Your day-to-day

- Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that clearly convey technical advantages and value.
- Formulate and implement comprehensive sales plans targeting sustainable growth, market diversification, and improved client retention.
- Apply your technical expertise to oversee sales initiatives, ensuring they meet customer expectations and align with company objectives.
Your location
Your primary working location will be field-based around Istanbul, with official operations headquartered in Tuzla.
