Your role
- Focus on the core Human Resources functions such as competence development, compensation & benefits, people management processes, organizational development, talent management, leadership development;
- Ensure that the admin part of HR, namely payroll & pension administration, hire to retire administration, recruitment HR business reporting, is handled properly;
- Ensure & facilitate implementation of yearly performance appraisals for each individual employee by the responsible Manager; the 9 core competencies concept to be used by all;
- Identify staff training requirements, set up and implement a yearly training program for the Company; keep training and performance records for each individual employee;
- Implement training evaluation through the Company’s employees.
- Liaise with the Divisions in order to prepare and implement locally the appropriate HR strategies.
- Make effective use of the ‘Talent Management’ initiative and ensure that actions decided for nominees are followed up;
- Ensure that ‘Insight’ surveys are conducted every other year and follow up on the agreed actions plans;
- Make use of the ‘Internal Job Market’ and the relevant ‘Recruitment Approval System’ databases;
- Strictly act according to ‘The Way We Do Things’;
- Ensure all HR Procedures/Policies are communicated internally and dealt with in a timely manner.
- Responsibility of administrative functions, including front desk operation, payroll input, recruitment, terminations, medical aid and pension admin);
- Ensure that all company policies are adhered to;
- Maintain permanently in-depth knowledge on the Legal requirements concerning specific employee’s tasks
