Your role

You will

  • Be responsible for all aspects of HR in the company, such as recruitment and selection, learning and development, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and mobility, while also working in our Atlas Copco ITBA HR network to capitalize on synergies and help shape our local HR strategy aligned with the BA ones

  • Robust support for fully implementation of AC Group and Business area initiatives including the People Full Potential plan in his/her respective area

  • Coach and counsel managers and supervisors on Employee Relations and performance management issues

  • Coordinate corporate and local employee engagement surveys (Insight, other), interpret their results, and drive initiatives in response to improve company morale

  • To develop, promote and embrace full ownership of activities to promote our employer branding

  • Monitor, measure, and report on HR issues, opportunities, and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales

  • Assist all employees with the interpretation of company policies/procedures. Give guidance as needed. Ensure compliance with local labor law and company procedures are maintained

  • Contribute to the relevant HR networks within the region and the business area globally through working closely with the HR Manager in respective areas/projects

  • To closely manage the HR KPIs and scorecards, providing full support for presentations, management meetings and company review meetings

  • Be a pro-active member of the team, always challenging convention and seeking a better way

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Fluent in English & Turkish
  • Highly competent in terms of Digital skills (MS office, Successfactors, etc)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
  • A collaborative and inclusive approach, and a great capacity for influence to build strong business partnership and stakeholder relationships
  • Customer focused and able to create customer centric solutions
  • Highly organized for planning, implementing, and reviewing initiatives
  • Solution-oriented and decision-making skill
  • Ability to work in a self-directed manner
