Regional Sales Manager

Your role
You will
- Establishing strategies and follow-up financial objectives for the region to reach the targets
- Follow the sales activities, quotations and results of the region in line with the targets and to make corrections in line with the regional strategy if necessary
- To ensure customer satisfaction in the region; by driving required coordination as sales&marketing&project and service is carried on
- Collect competitor and customer information of the region - analyse and create pricing strategy
- Deliver reports containing Business Forecast, Lost Orders, Pending Orders, Market Outlook and Activities on time and with high quality information through Salesforce.
- Making regular project, service and sales meetings, create action plan with clear responsibilites
- Determination and implementation of the strategy for important KA customers and other customers to maximize market share in responsible region
- Establisg strategic plan to maximize efficiency with ISR collaborations and maximize digital channel Sales with coordination with Digital Marketing Team
- To plan, coordinate and implement the sales activities such as Demo, Line Trial, Seminars, Walk the Line (WTL) in order to reach the annual targets
- Make follow up in order to achieve yearly targets by regularly monitoring the sales activities and the results obtained in return
- Preparing annual sales plan to increase transformable business in responsible region by including software and automation solutions

- University degree in engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Good command of Turkish and English both in speaking & writing
- B Driving Licence
- No military obligation for male employees
- Customer focused and able to create customer centric solutions
- Know How in pneumatic, mechanical, electric and electronic components
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Negotiation skill
- Leadership and coaching skills
- Strategical thinking and long term planning
- Ability to make prompt and clear decisions
- Exceptional technical knowledge of Atlas Copco products is preferred
