Your Role:

  • Regular customer visits to achieve business goals and exceed expectations,
  • Identifying new potential customers while maintaining and enhancing connections with existing ones,
  • Conducting activities in customer plants to understand production processes and offer tailored solutions,
  • Performing SWOT, market, customer, and competitor analyses to dominate the assigned territory,
  • Showcasing Atlas Copco tools through demos to highlight value-added sales approaches,
  • Working closely with sales support, logistics, finance, and other teams to ensure smooth operations,
  • Following up with customers and finance teams to track and ensure timely payments,
  • Preparing detailed visit reports via CRM tools, including win/loss and sales reports,
  • Establishing terms and conditions with customers to successfully close deals,
  • Assessing market volume, current share, and customer feedback to discover new opportunities,
  • Cooperating with marketing for campaigns and analysis, and working with service teams to maintain customer satisfaction,
  • Partnering with the finance department to improve receivables and overdue management

 

To succeed, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial sales; rental experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with related equipment (compressors, generators, etc.) is advantageous
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with computer literacy and CRM & MS Office experienc
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills; team-oriente
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, able to multitask and manage time-sensitive, customer-driven activities
  • Valid driver’s license and no travel restriction
  • No military obligations
  • Technical mindset with a continuous drive to learn and develop
