The role

Taking the lead and drive the customer communication by making regular visits in order to achieve business goals within the Power Technique Business Area
 

  • Finding new potential customers and strengthening the relationship with the current ones to boost business performance
  • Close collaboration with all stakeholders i.e. sales support, logistics, finance teams, etc. to ensure the delivery is done at the right time
  • Follow up and be accountable for cash collection by closely in touch with customer contacts and finance team
  • Preparing visits and activity reports in detail thru CRM tools, also prepare win/lost order and sales reports in which sales performance is evaluated accordingly
  • Take ownership of your territory by prospecting and developing new business, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.
  • Collaborate closely with and support key dealer accounts, helping them grow by acquiring new customers and exploring untapped market opportunities.
  • Directly engage with end-users in specific applications where our portable generators, tower lights and battery energy storage system provide unique value and solutions.
  • Identify, develop, and manage key accounts, ensuring long-term success and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a technical advisor and trusted partner, understanding customer needs and aligning them with the right product solutions.
  • Play a vital role in the growth and expansion strategy of our Power & Light portfolio in the region.

To succeed, you will need

  • A degree level qualification Engineering is must (Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics is preferable)
  • Having experiences in selling Atlas Copco Product/related product at least 3 years.
  • Knowledge about power generating equipments ( Generators, Energy Storage Systems, Light Towers ) 
  • Dealer management experience is a plus
  • Analytical techniques and computer literacy.
  • Advanced level of English is required. Personal disciplines to handle multi-task, time- constrained activities, driven by customer requirements.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and seize emerging opportunities with curiosity and enthusiasm.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter and motivator with a committed approach to meeting the goals of the division
  • Driver’s license. 
  • No travel restrictions 
  • Up to 70% travel is expected within Turkey to support customers, dealers, and key accounts across the assigned territory.
  • Knowledge of Atlas Copco range of products is preferred.
