Your role

As a Sales Engineer for Assembly Solutions within Atlas Copco Industrial Technique Customer Center Nordic, you will play a vital role in helping our customers achieve their productivity and quality goals. You will manage direct sales to key customers in southern Sweden, focusing on Key Account Management and building strong, long-term partnerships. 

 

You will also have the opportunity to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base within the industrial sector. By offering innovative technical solutions and driving complex sales processes, you will make a real difference for our customers – and for the future of smart manufacturing. 

 

This position gives you the freedom to plan your time, work entrepreneurially, and shape your own success. 

 

To succeed, you will need

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management and B2B sales, preferably in industrial or technical environments  
  • Ability to develop strategic customer relationships and deliver long-term value  
  • Self-driven, structured, and entrepreneurial mindset  
  • Strong communication skills and experience managing complex deals  
  • Solid technical understanding and curiosity to learn about customers’ processes and needs  
  • Fluency in Swedish and good command of English (our corporate language)  
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region

Job location

We offer a hybrid work set up where most time is spent at customers in south Sweden or office.
