Product Consultant Gas & Process Aftermarket

Job Description:
- Perform SWOT analysis for the assigned market, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.
- Aggressively exploit the territory to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities.
- Maintain highest possible customer relationship through proactive sales management strategy with regular and scheduled customer contacts & visits
- Plan and organize sales activities, solution presentation…etc. to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order. Report sales activities timely and accurately in CRM.
- Cooperate with customer, collect customer’s needs, analyze the application and provide solution to satisfy customer with values.
- Build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good relationship with customers.
- Cooperate with various GAP Product Companies to provide timely information and feedback to customers.
- Compile and submit monthly reports on sales, lost orders and market competition.
- Continuously improve job required competence, personality and behavior.
- Cooperate with Credit Department to improve the performance of receivables & overdue.
- To act as customer main contact point in all sales related matters in Indonesia.
- To maintain and update the data and tickets in the CRM system, i.e. machine install base clean-up, customer visit, quotation and order status update, etc..
Mission:
Maximise the sale of GAP spare parts and service solutions with profitable growth.
Implement effective GAP Aftermarket sales strategies and assisting the Regional Sales & Marketing Manager – GAP Aftermarket Asia Oceania to execute the sales activities into achieving the GAP Aftermarket sales objectives and target for Indonesia.
Experience Requirements:
Preferable 2 years in technical service / after-market sales; fresh and non-experience with good working attitude will also be considered
Knowledge:
- Computer literate.
- Service sales handling
- Customer Relationship / Retention skill
- Sales Presentation Skill
- Product knowledge
Educational Requirements:
Diploma / Certificate / Degree in Engineering and / or Marketing discipline
Personality Requirements:
- Strong customer focused and deeply determined
- Result orientated with a clear focus on the given targets
- Analytical person with innovative problem-solving ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work independently and as a team player
