Sales Engineer Indonesia (Motor Vehicle Industry)

Your role
As a Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.
You will
- Increase territory sales and market share within the assigned area, while providing support to other areas as required by the Sales Manager
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, potential customers, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth in the region.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer communications and contacts using the company’s systems.
- Analyze and provide timely, accurate market insights to the Sales Manager, including pricing trends, competitor activities, product developments, and the effectiveness of marketing strategies within the territory.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales of Atlas Copco or related products.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in computer applications.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in Bahasa, with the ability to communicate in English.
- Strong administrative abilities and personal discipline, with the capability to manage multiple tasks under time-sensitive conditions driven by customer requirements.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a committed approach to achieving business objectives.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Prior knowledge of Atlas Copco products would be an advantage.

Job location
This role is hybrid within the region of Jakarta, while being associated with our customer center in Indonesia.
