Your role
Bring your curiosity to work as our next Service Coordinator. You will be part of our CTS Operation & Technical team reporting to Planner Supervisor. In this role, your mission is to completes all procedures and tasks before tackling the next, contributing to data quality, KPIs and customer satisfaction. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.
Your day-to day
- Planning job intervention on respected area for the tentative and fix schedule
- Completes all procedures and tasks before tackling the next, contributing to data quality, KPIs and customer satisfaction
- Communicating clearly and correctly with our customers, exceeding expectation
- Correctly prioritizes the different stakeholder’s requests, both internally and externally
Your skills and experience
- You have 1 year of experience, working in operation function
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good organizational and time management skill
- Demonstrate good communication skills on all levels - Task and Customer oriented
- Preferable have experiences and fresh graduates are welcome and good communication with Mandarin will be an advantage
