Data Analyst

Your role

Through the management and analysis of our data sources, the data analyst will enable the business to make the right decisions quickly and drive efficiency in the Service organisation.  In identifying key trends and opportunities through the analysis of complex data sets, they will support business growth and continuous improvement to drive operational excellence initiatives.

• Collaborate with management and business users to gather requirements and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that are intuitive, visually engaging, and aligned with organizational goals.
• Support and contribute to advanced analytics initiatives by simplifying complex issues into actionable analytical frameworks.
• Develop robust, scalable data models, DAX measures, and optimized data structures to ensure accurate and efficient analytics.
• Implement and uphold best practices for usability, performance optimization, and data governance in all dashboards and data solutions.
• Analyze complex and diverse data sets to identify trends, detect anomalies, and uncover opportunities that inform business strategy, deliver actionable insights.
• Evaluate and improve data quality by developing protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data across internal systems.
• Document data sources, models, and processes to ensure continuity, transparency, and consistent knowledge transfer within the organization.
• Identify and support opportunities for automation and workflow optimization using tools such as Power Automate to streamline data workflows and reporting.

Develop scalable data models and contribute to digitalization, automation, and future machine learning initiatives to strengthen the organization’s analytical capabilities.

 Hybrid
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site.
