Production Assistant
Your role
Support production execution by maintaining accurate production data and documentation.
Track and report daily production status to support planning and operational control.
Assist in monitoring material availability to ensure production readiness.
Provide administrative and system support for production and planning activities.
Communicate production-related information clearly and accurately to relevant stakeholders.
Identify and escalate production or data issues in a timely manner to minimize operational impact.
To succeed, you will need
Education level University or above
Relevant Previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience) 1+ years
Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fullfil the role’s responsibilities)
Other requirements (e.g. Language skills; competencies; expected travel requirements) General English proficiency, outgoing and enjoys proactive communication
