Test Technician, CSC Taiwan

Your role
As a Test Technician, CSC Taiwan, your mission is to deliver high-quality and customized solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Tailor standard products and equipment to meet specific customer requirements, ensuring that modifications are precise, functional, and aligned with technical specifications and approved guidelines.
- Implement systematic testing procedures, including performance evaluations, stress tests, parameter verification, and calibration, to ensure that each customization and configuration complies with customer requirements and specifications, adheres to regional regulations, and is ready for use.
- Maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of customization, configuration, and testing by following standard processes, tracking modifications, and adhering to quality control measures to ensure that the final product is defect-free, durable, and consistently excellent in every task.
- Follow established safety protocols and stay informed about regulatory changes to ensure all equipment is safe and compliant.
- Meet daily production targets in terms of quality, volume, and efficiency. Collaborate with CSC other colleagues to establish priorities and ensure that customer due dates are met.
- According to defined protocols and procedures, identify and promptly address any safety or quality issues during testing or modification, and report them to the manager, engineering team, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the investigation and analysis of incidents to determine their root causes and impact by working with the engineering, safety, or quality teams.
- Actively adopt and learn advanced tools, techniques, methodologies, and materials introduced to improve the performance, safety, and efficiency of on-site tasks, and participate in related ideation and activities.
- Utilize technical knowledge and creativity to overcome obstacles and improve processes and outcomes.
- Provide technical support during the installation and commissioning of new testing, measuring, and assembly tools, sensors and equipment.
- Maintain and calibrate testing, measuring, and assembling tools, sensors, and equipment.
- Inspect parts, assemblies, systems, and incoming materials. Follow inspection criteria defined in work instructions, drawings, schematics, or other technical guidelines.
- Create daily data to support the improvement of quality, work efficiency, and task performance.
To succeed, you will need
• B.S. in Engineering, (Mechanical, Electrical, industrial, or related field)
• Relevant work experience in manufacturing (Assembly, Testing etc.) of mechanical machinery and semiconductor equipment.
• 3+ years of experience in performance of functions as
• - Manufacturing/operations/service technician in semiconductor equipment
• Elementary English (speaking and writing)
Required :
Kowledge of manufacturing, Testing or quality control processes
Proficient experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to carry out precise modifications.
Proficiency in using tools, machinery, or testing equipment
Practical experience with mechanical systems, testing procedures, or customization processes
Hands-on experience with Engineering Change, Assembly, Testing or Fabrication
Familiar with working under established work protocols and safety protocols
Strong work ethic and moral integrity to adhere to rules and standards.
Professional and proactive work ethic, Attention to detail
Familiar with documentation for data creation using tools such as Excel, MS Word
