Warehouse Operator (172588)

Your role

• Operate MFG warehouse in Taiwan.
• Drive operational excellence by delivering lower total warehouse operation cost.
• Drive process optimization and warehouse digitalization.
• Actively work with internal customers (MFG) to fulfil the demands by delivery excellent service towards our customers.

• Maintain professionalism and discipline in warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, kitting, and all related warehouse management activities.
• Adhere to AC Safe, Health, and Environmental policies, demonstrating commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and optimize operational activities.
• Implement space allocation plans and storage strategies as directed by the Cell Leader.
• Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound warehouse documentation.
• Monitor warehouse metrics and support supply chain OGSM objectives.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with the STC warehouse team.
• Manage inventory control to ensure materials are stored in a safe and compliant environment, guaranteeing traceability for all inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Align physical material quantities with SAP records by organizing cycle counts and driving continuous improvements in inventory accuracy.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and quarterly cycle counts.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Handle waste disposal related to forklift operations, including wooden pallets, cartons, and packing materials.
• Count incoming materials and manage warehousing processes.
• Follow production plans to collect and supply materials to the production line.
• Pack finished goods for shipment.
• Undertake any additional tasks or projects assigned by the immediate manager or supervisor.

Job location

Option 1: On-Site
