Assembly Worker

Your role

As a Assembly Operator, you play a vital role in our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision. Your expertise and dedication are essential in manufacturing products according to detailed specifications and schedules. You will

• Responsible for product assembly, testing, and production operations in accordance with production plans and process requirements, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements. 
• Monitor quality performance throughout the production process, promptly identify and resolve abnormalities to ensure product quality. 
• Responsible for conducting routine inspections, maintenance, and servicing of production equipment to ensure stable and reliable operation. 
• Implement 5S and lean manufacturing practices to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient production environment while continuously improving operational processes.
• Collaborate and coordinate effectively with other production-line functions to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and the achievement of production targets.
• Participate in productivity improvement, cost reduction, and process enhancement initiatives by providing practical recommendations and supporting implementation activities.
• Provide timely reports on production performance, equipment status, and quality issues, while maintaining accurate production records to support operational decision-making.
• Comply with company EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies and regulatory requirements, proactively identify risks, and promote a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.

• You have 1 year of experience, working as a worker.
• Technical secondary school diploma or above, technical education in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related disciplines is preferred.
  
• Holds a valid Low-Voltage Electrician Certificate.
• Demonstrates strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to adapt to a production/manufacturing environment.
