Technical support team leader

Bring your curiosity to work as our next Technical Support Team Leader. You will be part of our CJK team reporting to Engineering Manager. In this role, your mission is to support the company as direct contact between Customer center and Factory, guarantee the feedback from customer center is accurately implemented as Product improvement within minimum cost impact. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.

Short Description

Job responsibilities (Including the following, other duties may be assigned):

  • Contribute to the companies Mission of Quality leadership by active gathering field feedback with an improvement mindset.
  • Lead Quality improvement projects. Play an active role in product development to assure the highest level of serviceability and lowest lifecycle cost by giving a strong involvement in the project team meetings (PTM and PCM).
  • Lead technical committee meetings (TCM). Continuously improve the product quality by proactive reporting follow-up. This includes analyzing warranty reports, failure reports and the behavior of our connected equipment. You are the driving force in the technical committee meetings (TCM) and participate in the product quality meetings (PQM).
  • Closely involvement on Product development to ensure correct spare parts and instructions are provided before the product release. Develop and provide technical training, troubleshooting guidelines, video instructions, … in line with our divisional strategy.
  • Work closely with other departments to bring accurate reports on PQMs.
  • Make warranty analysis identifying issues and Regions that need attention.
  • Work together with Internal quality, engineering and sourcing to bring quality improvements base on customer feedback.
  • Process warranty claims for customers as per warranty policy.
  •  Provide technical support for customer centers when needed.
  • To ensure your departmental quality, ESH and energy management system run consistently and efficiently. 

Your skills and experience

  • 3 years’ experience in a technical environment
  • Air compressor experience is a plus
  • Project environment experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or equivalent through experience. 
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, for collaboration in multinational teams.
  • Experience in compressed air installations or air treatment products is considered as a plus, but the will to learn is the most important.
  • Software skills: MS Office, SharePoint, …
