Your role

As a Service Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our service business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will work closely with the engineering and service product teams to implement effective service sales strategies.

Short Description

Your day-to-day

  • Plan and prioritize service sales activities and customer interactions to achieve business targets.
  • Collaborate with the service aftermarket team to provide exceptional after-sales service, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and provide management with accurate information on pricing, competitive activities, and regional issues.
  • Prepare and propose service product offerings, calculating sales prices using the company's discount strategy and quoting tools.
  • Monitor and report on service sales activities, keeping the CRM updated with customer visit reports, opportunities, and quotation statuses.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities that maximize customer relationships and business outcomes.

  • Responsible for the sales of the products in the designated area, and achieve sales targets through the efforts of individuals, teams and distributors;
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of service offerings and market strategies, and meet or exceed the requirements for product outputs such as SP,TR...
  • Provide timely and effective market information, and work closely with the marketing team to develop the local market;
  • Work closely with the sales team of the whole machine to collect customer needs in the designated area and follow up customer needs;
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with customers in the region to facilitate sales efforts;
  • Communicate closely with the service team to provide the perfect customer sales solution.
  • Improve the effectiveness of install base management and ensure that key customer output meets expectations

 

 

技能/知识 要求/Requirements

  • 本科及以上学历,热能与动力工程、过程设备与控制、机械类专业优先考虑;
  • 两年及以上工业产品行业经验,有医疗行业经验优先;
  • 英语听说读写能力,熟练掌握Microsoft office软件;
  • 较强的沟通技巧和团队协作能力。
  • 愿意出差。
  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in thermal and power engineering, process equipment and control, mechanical engineering is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the industrial products industry, medical industry experience is preferred.
  • English skill requirement: reading and writing
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
