Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned product range and territory by actively pursuing and converting sales leads.
  • Effectively promote and demonstrate Industrial Air products and solutions, ensuring professional and thorough engagement with potential and existing customers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate sales order execution, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed feedback and comprehensive sales reports to the Business Line Manager, keeping them informed of all sales activities and market trends.
  • Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Support promotional activities and raise awareness for both oil-injected and non oil-injected product lines whenever possible.
  • Undertake ad hoc projects and assignments as directed by the Business Line Manager to contribute to team and business objectives.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Possess a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, providing a strong foundation in industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Bring 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in the industrial supplies or machinery-related sector, demonstrating a solid understanding of client needs and market dynamics.
  • Proficient in computer applications relevant to sales and reporting to support day-to-day activities efficiently.
  • Demonstrate strong command of English, both verbal and written, essential for effective communication and business correspondence.
  • Exhibit excellent presentation skills, business writing capabilities, negotiation techniques, social interaction, and selling skills critical to success in this role.
  • Possess own reliable transport and be willing to travel within the assigned territory to meet and build relationships with customers.
