Your Role

Bring your curiosity to work as our next Service Operations Team Leader - CTS. You will be part of our Service Operation team reporting to Service Operation Manager. 

In this role, your mission is to manage and coordinate daily service operations, supervise and support technicians, maintain strong customer relationships through after-sales engagement and solution recommendations, drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, monitor service quality and delivery, and provide market feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.  

Your day-to-day

  • Plan and coordinate daily service operations to optimize technician deployment and efficiency.
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and technical guidance to technicians on service and maintenance activities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and after-sales service follow-ups.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend tailored maintenance solutions and service plans.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and developing opportunities in equipment sales and aftermarket services.
  • Monitor market trends and customer insights, providing strategic feedback to support business decisions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent service excellence and relationship management.
  • Oversee service execution, ensuring all work is completed to quality standards and within agreed timelines.

Your skills and experience

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Service Operations Management: Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and optimize daily service activities and resource allocation.
  • Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of service, maintenance, and troubleshooting (preferably in compressor or compressed air system).
  • Leadership & Team Management: Experience supervising, coaching, and developing technicians to ensure high performance.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Ability to assess issues quickly and provide practical, effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication across technical teams and customers.
  • Commercial & Business Development Skills: Capability to identify sales opportunities, promote service offerings, and grow aftermarket business.
  • Analytical & Market Awareness: Ability to interpret market trends, customer feedback, and translate insights into action.
  • Quality & Results Orientation: Strong focus on service quality, efficiency, and meeting deadlines.

 

Relevant Experience

  • Field Service / Maintenance Background: Hands-on experience in service or maintenance within industrial equipment, compressors, or related sectors.
  • Supervisory or Team Lead Experience: Prior experience managing or leading a technical service team.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Proven track record in handling key accounts, service follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales or Aftermarket Exposure: Experience in promoting service contracts, spare parts, or equipment sales is a strong advantage.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in compressed air systems, or similar industrial environments is highly preferred.

 

Typical Profile

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent)
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience with at least some leadership exposure
