  1. Broad Function
  •  Assembly and testing of products ordered of the sales department
  • Cleaning and maintenance of assembly and test areas, maintenance of production equipment
  • Facility Management

 

  1. Principal Responsibilities
  • Safety First (安全第一)
  • Execute work up to shipment by managing schedules based on specifications and other requirements.
      • Assembly (inc. modification)
      • Confirmation work such as retightening, etc.
      • Electrical check
      • PDI (Pre-delivery inspection)
      • Shipping preparation, handover to the next section in charge

 

  • Class 2 pressure vessel certification examination services (calculation statement creation, application for examination schedule)
  • Warranty JOB Open, Report, Close
  • Propose standardization, efficiency and continuous improvement of product management process
  • Stock management of assembly consumables（Electrical materials, bolts, rag, etc.）
  • Maintain work environment, Risk prediction activities
  • Work-related ISO9001 / ISO14001 / ISO45001 management and operation
  • Facility Management（refer to the attached management chart）
  • Development of competence appropriate to the position
  • Other tasks may be assigned by production manager as needed

  • Become the final Be the final bulwark against shipping unfinished products to customers

 

   IV. Qualification Requirements

  • Educational requirements

         -Technical school/university degree or equivalent.

 

  • Experience Requirements

          -Industrial machinery modification and testing services (Even better if one has experience with rotating machinery systems)

          -Forklift operation

          -Floor-operated crane operation

          -Slinging

 

  1.  
  • Knowledge

          -Knowledge of compressor mechanics and electricity

          -Superintendent, Health and Safety Officer

          -Work safety education such as grinding wheel replacement

          -Special training for low voltage electricity handling work

          -PC（MS Office）operation

          -SAP operation

          -Basic reading, writing, and communication in English

          -Even better if one has Electrician or other certifications
