Equipment Sales Engineer (TWN South)
Your role
As a Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. You will report to the Business Line Manager and work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.
You will
- Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to new customers, as well as cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers.
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.
- Deliver sales presentations and conduct product demonstrations.
- Develop medium to long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with your targeted customers.
- Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs
- Develop & implement an effective business plan (sales coverage and competency development) to support OFA's mission & growth plan.
- Develop & implement a business plan for in line with OFA’s growth strategy & direction.

- Proven track record of sales & marketing in industrial sales environment. Some knowledge of Oil Free Air & Industrial Gases will be added advantage.
- Must have 1-2 years’ experience in Industrial machinery sales.
- Position of Sr. Sales can be considered for successful incumbent with higher Sales Experience

Job location
This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere within the region of Taiwan Southern Taiwan while being associated with our customer center in Taiwan.
