We are looking for a CTS Planner to join our Atlas Copco team in Taiwan. Taking responsibility for the complete customer service experience which includes all service administration and planning the day to day work schedules, ensuring that all planned service requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.

 

Job description

Day to day you will make a difference by…

  1. Administering the forward planning of all open orders, ensuring that the department service requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Ensuring the orders are correctly created, allocated and released to the engineer before the visit date.
  3. Ensuring all parts are available, prior to the visit date.
  4. Liaising with customers by phone or e-mail to arrange and confirm the service visits, and ensure they are fully aware of the work and the date the work is to be carried out.
  5. Monitoring and recording the progress of all customer orders to ensure work is fully completed, and any additional work is planned and completed in a timely fashion.
  6. Ensuring all service orders are closed and/or invoiced immediately upon completion by service engineer.
  7. Maintaining all orders on Planning Board, to ensure all work is correctly allocated, so that quality reports can be gathered via SAP reporting facilities.
  8. Regularly liaise with Regional Service Manager and Field Service Engineers, internal departments and other Service Centers to expedite customer requests.
  9. Regularly liaise with the Service Team Leader and/or Regional Service Manager to highlight and resolve any operational / planning problems in an effective and efficient manner.
  10. Collating information from the Field Service Engineers to accurately record and maintain customer records and information.
  11. Undertake ad-hoc project work as and when required.

  • This job requires communicating directly with customers to coordinate and plan various types of field service jobs.
