Support manufacturing operations to reduce downtime and increase uptime by maintaining on-site utilities (HVAC), electrical, and mechanical equipment

Manage facility capacity, support capital investments, and oversee spare parts inventory and cost control
-
Respond to service database requests and complete troubleshooting and repairs for buildings and facilities, maintaining documentation standards
-
Actively participate in STC Kaizen projects, driving operational improvements and new process implementations

Supervise subcontractors to ensure safe work practices and adherence to service agreements and NDAs
-
Maintain compliance and certification for electrical, environmental, and LRQA audit requirements in accordance with local regulations and laws
-
Monitor and manage facility energy consumption to maintain costs within acceptable levels
-
Mitigate production losses due to machine downtime, support on-site risk improvement, and drive energy-saving and cost-reduction initiatives through EHS, Lean Manufacturing, and project actions
Skills
-
Knowledge of company products, processes, and equipment in remanufacturing

Strong self-management and ability to work independently

Excellent maintenance skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and company electronic systems

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, quality engineering, cost analysis, and CAD

Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills preferred
Certifications

Grade B Industrial Wiring

Grade B Indoor Wiring

Grade A Electrician
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or technical training/apprenticeship
-
Electrical or electronic engineering or maintenance-related field
Experience
-
Without degree: 3–5 years of relevant practical experience
-
With degree: 1–2 years of practical experience post-degree in electrical/electronic engineering
-
Alternatively, 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance facilities
