  • Managed employee data entry, updates, and maintenance to ensure accuracy across HR and payroll systems

  • Supported periodic HR processes such as payroll, bonuses, and PPDR submissions in coordination with managers

  • Oversaw onboarding and offboarding procedures, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure smooth transitions

  • Served as first point of contact for employee relations, handling case management and reporting to HR managers

  • Assisted in the administration of rewards and recognition programs and employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and activities

  • Supported inclusion & diversity and employee well-being initiatives, including event coordination and feedback collection

  • Assisted in recruitment processes and post-hire onboarding coordination

  • Managed learning & development programs, including scheduling, participant management, and training record updates

  • Collected, aggregated, and reported HR data to support analytics and HR reporting

 

(Skills)

  • Degree or equivalent postgraduate-level HR qualification (preferred, not required)

  • 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist (experience in manufacturing preferred)

  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and experience managing employee relations issues

  • Practical knowledge across HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, learning & development, and contract management

  • Experience working in dynamic, evolving environments and adapting to change

  • Proficient in HR systems, including payroll systems

  • Strong numerical and computer skills

  • Conversational and business-level English communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to manage high workloads, prioritize tasks, and handle sensitive/confidential information

  • Ability to work independently and recognize when additional support is required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Empathetic and emotionally intelligent communication

  • Team player, willing to collaborate closely with HR teams and cross-functional departments
