(Roles)

• Manage multiple tasks and projects daily, including both time-bound and ongoing initiatives

• Support the implementation of new SHE programs, policies, and procedures

• Collaborate with the SHE team to conduct audits and surveys, assessing and documenting compliance

• Monitor processes to ensure adherence to OSHA/EPA guidelines and prevent accidents

• Oversee the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) program across the facility

• Conduct SHE orientation for new employees and provide other SHE training as assigned

• Manage facility compliance audits and inspection programs

• Lead contractor SHE management programs and initiatives

• Prepare and maintain SHE-related documentation, regularly reviewing and updating forms and procedures to maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices

• Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and take appropriate action

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior SHE Manager

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred

• 0–3+ years of practical experience in Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)

• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, MADEP, DOT, RCRA, federal and local regulations is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable presenting to both small and large groups
