We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Kewdale. You’ll be the face of Atlas Copco in your territory, building strong relationships with customers, uncovering new opportunities and promoting our full range of products.

• Driving growth and success by hitting sales targets and expanding market share in your territory.
• Building strong customer relationships using CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and deliver exceptional service.
• Planning for success by creating and executing a strategic sales plan with your Business Line Manager.
• Expanding your network through distributor partnerships, performance monitoring, and training support.
• Staying ahead by understanding market trends, sharing valuable insights, and delivering exceptional customer experiences

To succeed, you will need

• Proven technical sales experience in a B2B environment engineering qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to connect with customers and partners.
• Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to work independently and manage your territory effectively.
• Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems and sales planning tools.
• Willingness to travel regularly within your sales territory and occasionally interstate.
