Your Role

We are now looking for a proactive and driven professional to join our team—starting as a Project Manager for our strategic collaboration with one of key player from MVI segment and progressing into a Key Account Manager (KAM) role covering also other key accounts in the region.

Your Role & Impact 

Project Manager – Your Starting Mission: 

  • Lead and coordinate all activities related to the new  project 

  • Act as the central link between end customer and Atlas Copco’s internal teams (technical, service, and commercial) 

  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure key milestones are met 

  • Align with global and local stakeholders to ensure successful project execution 

  • Secure a strong foundation for long-term cooperation with Volvo

 

✔ Evolving into Key Account Management: 

  • Transition into the Key Account Manager role and additional key customers in the region 

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each customer’s needs 

  • Be the main point of contact for all commercial and technical discussions 

  • Strengthen and grow long-term partnerships, ensuring high customer satisfaction

 

✔ Business Development & Sales: 

  • Maximize sales of Atlas Copco products, projects, and services 

  • Identify business opportunities and market trends 

  • Contribute to regional business growth through strategic customer engagement

 

✔ Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with technical experts, service teams, product managers, and suppliers 

  • Coordinate efforts across global and local Atlas Copco teams 

  • Support the seamless execution of international business opportunities 

 
To succeed, you will need  

 ✔ Languages: Slovak (native), English (advanced), Hungarian (a plus) 

✔ Education: High school diploma (technical education preferred) 

✔ Experience in automation or as a mechanical designer or a minimum 2 years in sales (preferably in a technical/industrial setting). 

 

✔ Key Skills: 

  • Negotiation & presentation skills 

  • Customer-first mindset & problem-solving attitude 

  • Proactive, open, and results-driven approach 

  • Strong teamwork & coordination skills
