Field Service Engineer
Your role
Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies.
You will
- Report into the Regional Operations Manager.
- Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.
- Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
- Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

- You are an experienced Field Service Engineer with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial or technology systems.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and safely.
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and professional service delivery.
- Automation and Industrial networks knowledge
- Experience with Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical diagnosing and troubleshooting in field environments.
- Familiarity with digital service tools, maintenance management systems, or IoT-enabled equipment.

Job location
You will be part of our customer center in Kocaeli. You will join a dynamic field service team, working on-site and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, Türkiye (TR).
