We’re looking for a hands-on Procurement Engineer – Casting Specialist to join our growing global team. Based in the Kolhapur or Belgaum region, you’ll play a critical role in sourcing and managing casted components for our manufacturing hubs in Dubai and Australia

What you’ll do:

• Identify and develop qualified foundry suppliers for casted pump components

• Conduct supplier assessments and audits to ensure compliance with quality and capacity standards

• Negotiate cost-effective contracts while maintaining supplier relationships

• Collaborate with engineering to understand technical specifications and ensure alignment

• Track supplier performance, lead times, and production readiness

• Resolve quality issues in coordination with QA/SQA teams and drive improvement plans

• Contribute to sourcing strategies in line with global procurement objective
  
  

What you’ll need:

• A mechanical or metallurgical engineering degree

• Experience with casting procurement or foundry operations

• Strong negotiation, sourcing, and supplier management skills
