Sr. Sales Engineer / Territory Manager- AGA (Low Pressure)

Your role
.Implement and execute a 3 year business plan with ambitious SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time bound) ACTIONS for rapid growth in low pressure , AGA business in central zone in alignment with divisional targets and strategies .
2. Detailed Territory mapping of the area , plan & implement segment specific action plans in the territory to establish and grow low pressure business in west zone as per divisional targets .
3. Develop Target OEM business in Zone for low pressure business
4. Build up a long and strong relationship with customers, consultants and key accounts in Industrial segments other than Thermal Power Segment .
5. Establish and develop water treatment business in both Industrial & Municipal sectors
6. Explore and Identify new applications for low pressure in Industry segments
7. Add new customers and applications for low pressure .
8. Understand customer value drivers; implement & execute replacement proposals based on fact based analysis , to make compelling return on investment and total cost of ownership analysis to influence customer buying decisions .
9. Handle the dealers / distributors , motivate and guide them to achieve low pressure targets in their respective territories
10. Keep a track of competition activities and be updated with action plan and strategy against each competition
11. Grow substantially the market share for Low Pressure in the allocated territory profitably .
12. Implement Air And Gas Application (AGA) divisional strategies to make the low pressure business growth , sustainable and profitable in the zone .
To succeed, you will need
University degree – ( BE – Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics ) and business administration ( MBA ) oriented or similar through experience
Knowledge and strong interest in low-pressure portfolio.
Excellent fluency in English , having very good communication skills .
At least more than 3-5 years of proven sales experience in low pressure business - compressors and blowers
Proven track record of consistently achieving his targets.
Be accountable for the mission and must have a high level of engagement towards the job role
Should be able to deal positively with setbacks and obstacles .
Should be a Team player
Like to explore new areas and use learning from experience
A self- starter, willing to travel , having excellent presentation skills
Knowledge of the low pressure products and applications shall be an added advantage
Ability to handle situations with innovation and creativity .
Produce new ideas and solutions to achieve business targets.
