Business Growth and Strategic Execution
- Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive regional business plan tailored to the unique industrial landscape of Malaysia and Singapore, aligned with the broader General Industry strategy.
- Identify promising market segments and customer opportunities, driving sustainable and profitable growth in orders, revenue, and market share.
- Leverage detailed insights into market trends and customer needs to tailor actionable sales campaigns and introduce innovative products that meet evolving demands.
- Ensure rigorous discipline in sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, pricing strategies, and margin optimization.
Sales Leadership and Team Empowerment
- Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse sales team, fostering a culture of performance, continuous learning, and customer-centricity.
- Support field sales through regular customer visits and coaching, enhancing team capabilities in value selling, key account management, and strategic development.
- Set clear performance goals, monitor sales activities, and reinforce accountability to achieve targeted outcomes.
Customer and Partner Relationship Management
- Drive the development of strategic and high-potential accounts, building trusted relationships with key decision-makers.
- Directly manage key accounts as needed, positioning Atlas Copco as a valued partner beyond product provision.
- Oversee distributor and channel partner performance, aligning them with corporate strategy and commercial objectives to ensure mutual growth.

Your skills and experience
- Professional Experience: Demonstrated success in B2B sales within industrial, manufacturing, automation, or technical product environments. Experience managing both direct sales teams and channel partners is essential.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead sales professionals, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and high performance.
- Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of sales processes, pricing strategies, margin management, and negotiation tactics with a strong value-selling orientation.
- Account Management: Skilled in cultivating strategic customer relationships, managing key accounts, and driving business development initiatives.
- Market Insight: Solid knowledge of industrial customers, manufacturing processes, and commercial decision-making within Southeast Asia’s diverse market context.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent English and Vietnamese are mandatory, with Mandarin considered an advantage.
- Personal Attributes: Strong ownership, accountability, resilience, positive attitude towards change, and adherence to high ethical standards and company values.
