Key Account Manager, Semi
Your role
Bring your curiosity to work, as our next Key Account Manager. You will be part of our Semi team reporting to the Sales Manager. In this role, your mission is to develop business, contribute to the success of the Edwards strategy in Malaysia by managing Key Accounts and manage customer expectations in line with strategic plan. This role will be based in Kulim, Malaysia.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong contacts with existing and new customers at all levels of their organisation in order to foster good working relationships and promote business opportunities
- Grow vacuum, abatement, and service business in Semi-DSL accounts
- Participate and monitor sales forecast budget
- Identify and follow up new opportunities
- Make regular customer visits and publish visit report on time
- Report on competitive activities
- Work with Field Service Engineers to make sure all the service activitiy is satisfied by customer
- Make use of the whole orgisation to crate value in customers eyes

You have at least 5 years experience in the sales/technical industry
- Degree in Engineering/Business
- Process potential sales capabilities
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills
- Strong business understanding and good knowledge of competitors' products and activities
