Your Role

  • Lead and manage departmental employees, including training, scheduling, performance evaluations, goal setting, and disciplinary actions in alignment with company policy.
  • Oversee daily operations and workflows of the supply chain and logistics department.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor supply chain strategies that ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Analyze inventory levels, procedures, and forecasts to optimize stock availability and support Sales, Aftermarket, Service, and Distributors.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed inventories across all company locations, ensuring required quantities are available to meet operational demands.
  • Identify and implement improvements to increase supply chain efficiency and profitability.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics across logistics functions.
  • Manage inbound/outbound transport, including import/export administration, shipping, and warehouse logistics.
  • Evaluate and recommend warehouse space, staffing, and material-handling equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Identify optimal transportation routes and consolidation opportunities for warehousing and distribution.
  • Negotiate rates and terms with suppliers, vendors, and logistics providers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure resource alignment and supply chain transparency.
  • Advice the Sales Development team on transport availability, logistics costs, Incoterms, and tariff codes.
  • Monitor and assess supplier performance; qualify new suppliers as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with trade regulations, certifications, and internal logistics standards.
  • Oversee logistics operations for regional branches, service contracts, and consignment stock.
  • Contribute to broader company management initiatives and strategic planning.
  • Implement all Atlas Copco logistic related rollout
  • Support all distributors with documentation for shipping and clearing
  • Implement ordering platforms such as one portal for all distributors 
  • Manage and keep smart stock.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • University Degree or equivalent in education is desirable.
