Mission: 

 

To drive business growth by effectively promoting and selling air compressors, auxiliary equipment, and industrial cooling systems within the assigned territory. The role will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical expertise, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored solutions and exceptional service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Promote and sell air compressors, auxiliary systems, and industrial cooling equipment within assigned territories.
  • Conduct regular client visits to monitor activities, strengthen relationships, and identify new opportunities.
  • Source prospects through direct outreach, industry networks, consultants, and financial institutions.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored equipment recommendations and technical support.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, layout drawings, and coordinate with sub-contractors when needed.
  • Supervise installation progress and ensure proper documentation is handed over for ongoing service.
  • Plan weekly sales activities, report lost orders, and support payment collection when required.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales capabilities.
  • Maintain responsible use of company assets and contribute to competitor analysis and market insights.
  • Organize customer seminars to promote solutions and strengthen brand presence

 

Experience Requirements: 

 

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets within assigned product lines and territories.
  • Strong ability to pursue leads, promote solutions, and close deals with professionalism.
  • Skilled in coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Capable of providing timely reports and market insights to support business decisions.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Flexible and proactive in supporting cross-product promotions beyond core offerings

 

Education Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Technical background or experience in industrial equipment is an advantage.
  • Additional training in sales, customer relations, or product knowledge is a plus
