Job Description 

  • To have a clear vision on the current position of the Brand Portfolio – Brand strategy, the future goal to achieve and the strategy to follow, including short and long-term action plans.
  • Overall responsibility for BRAND PORTFOLIO financial results, covers turnover, profit and working capital.
  • Be in charge of the management of our Brands in regard of market potential, and profitability.
  • Assure Brand Portfolio business development and achieve the yearly goals of sales, revenue and profit.
    Manage and adjust the Brand Portfolio marketing / Sales organization to bring maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Extensive experiance of Distribution channels development and management. 
  • Increase indirect presence and business mix for Brand Portfolio division.
  • Identify and implement sales management best practices.
  • Active management of territory by close analysis of parameters such as growth, penetration, opportunity, etc.
  • Continuous development of the Brand Portfolio products with equal attention and focus on complete product range of Brand Portfolio.
  • Give fair chance to all Brands within Brand Portfolio Division.
  • Establish potential Distribution channels for all Brands.
  • Protect price integrity of Brands within division.
  • Continuous improvement of the lead management process, with the aim of improving conversion rates and sales efficiency.
  • Full implementation and adoption of all standard procedures through both the direct and indirect channels, with the aim of increasing sales efficiency.
  • Implementation of a strong distribution strategy with special attention on improving both commercial and technical support.
  • Further extension and implementation of the proactive business model for Air Compressors.
  • Strong proliferation of our ambition to decrease every customer’s TCO by offering energy efficient solutions.
  • Continuously develop and grow the people in the BRAND PORTFOLIO indirect team by training and competence development, by coaching and feedback including yearly appraisals and follow-up where needed.
  • Follow the company policies as stated in The Way We Do Things, including the Business Code of Practice and Compliance.
  • Recognize, understand and create customer needs in the local market as well as follow up on competitors’ activities.
  • Ensure solid relationships with key customers, distributors and other indirect sales channels.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction by attaining constant improvement in the Net Promoter Score.
  • Work very closely together with the Business Line Managers of other Divisions especially with BLM CTS.
  • Consistently analyze the business within the territory and identify target areas for action, encouraging the sales teams to take this action wherever possible.

 

Mission

Your mission is to develop and grow the Brand Portfolio business in Pakistan in accordance with divisional targets and objectives, including the development and implementation of short and long-term business development plans.

 

Experience requirements

The BDM – Brand Portfolio will be responsible for the development, management and continuous improvement of the Atlas Copco Pakistan – Brand Portfolio organization and the profitable growth of the division. You will also:

  • Have a University degree in Engineering / Commercial or similar through experience.
  • Have strong technical skills and extensive 6 to 8 Years’ experience preferably in Compressed Air or Similar Industrial Equipment.
  • Have Minimum 2 to 3 Years management experience and good understanding of financials.
  • Have strong sales and marketing experience.
  • Have proven commercial and business awareness.
  • Be self-motivated and able to motivate and lead a team.
  • Be able to build strong and effective working relations with customers and colleagues.
  • Have good communication skills and computer literate.
  • Have strong planning and organizing skills.
  • Be an excellent people manager.
  • Be results oriented.
  • Pro-active leadership in business / marketing and project planning process.
  • Be highly customer oriented.
  • Have very strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Be able to lead and influence diverse people to achieve common goals.
  • Have high integrity and initiative.
  • Have a dynamic team building personality.
  • Have good skills in understanding administration, planning and execution processes.

 

You will be part of the management team reporting to General Manager and will greatly contribute in revenue growth, Organsational development and all necessary decesion making effecting the divisional as well as organisation.
