Your role
as a Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services and support for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You are committed to ensuring the performance and longevity of your customers technology through your expertise. Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies.
Your responsibilities will include
- Technical advice and support for our customers worldwide
- Project support
- Support for commissioning pumps and systems and fault analysis
- Sales of service products and services
- Expansion of after-sales activities for systematic market development
- Instruction and training of customers remotely/on site
To succeed, you will need
- Graduate engineer / bachelor's / master's degree / technician (m/f/d) specializing in mechanical engineering / plant engineering / processes
- Knowledge of oscillating pumps / plants / pipeline design
- Professional experience in the maintenance, repair, and servicing of machines and plants (pumps, large valves, and compressors) is advantageous
- Experience in control engineering, hydraulics, and pneumatics is beneficial
- Willingness to travel internationally for limited periods of time
- Good MS Office skills
- Good written and spoken English skills
