Your role

As a Supply Chain Professional, you will be at the forefront of optimizing our organization's procurement, supply, and logistics operations. Your mission is to drive efficiency and innovation by managing the end-to-end supply chain process, from sourcing materials to delivering finished goods to our customers. You will play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain operations are not only efficient but also resilient and sustainable. You responsibilities are:

  • Supplier Management
    • relationship with the supplier implement general supply agreements and take part in the supplier audits.
  • Logistics and quality
    • delivery performance and quality levels of the suppliers, involving SQA when needed.
    • Loading the needed parameters of all new items in the system
  • Technical competence
    • process and implications of make or buy, insourcing, outsourcing and resourcing and challenge technical specifications and explore new technologies.
  • Total cost
    • Commodity strategy to deliver value to operations by driving down products costs and maximising quality.
    •  RFQ process of new parts, reaching pricing agreements and performing yearly negotiations.
    • Update and maintain the actions of the Saving Plan.
    • Ensure link between continuous improvement, internal strategy and KPIs results.

  • A master degree in engineering or an equivalent combination of education and job experience.
  • Good English and German language skills, on both oral and writing.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office basic tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, SAP is a plus.
  • Experience in industrial sectors with high technical variability and low repetitiveness is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the region and internationally.
  • Collaboration attitude inside your team, with rest of the company and with external business partners is fundamental.
  • Self-motivated, independent, flexible, well organized, and methodical.
  • Accurate and diligent with an awareness to speed up execution within a pressurized environment.
