Field Service Engineer-Semi Others (154817)
1. 駐廠Local Scrubber(尾氣處理設備) & Pump(真空泵浦) 例行設備保養、維修並維持系統正常運作
2. 駐廠之新機安裝(訊號線連接、配件安裝、系統測試)
3. 蒐集技術相關資料，輔以改善產品及trouble shooting
4. 建立與維護設備維修報表(Word, Excel)
5. 代表公司，與客戶端建立良好關係、維持良性溝通，及時解決或反應客戶需求
● 常日班 08:30 - 17:30，週休二日
● 配合輪值夜間/假日on call(依現有人數排班輪值)，公務手機隨身待命
● on call另給待命津貼、出勤另給加班費
● 超過夜間12點出勤，隔天提供補休半天
