Your role

We are looking for a professional to work in the area of Internal Parts Sales, with a passion for sustainable solutions and a good level of English. If you are curious, proactive, and eager to develop professionally in a motivating environment, this is your opportunity!
Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new customers and increase sales volume from existing customers by building long-term relationships
- Understand customer needs and prepare commercial proposals
- Follow up on pending quotations, negotiate with customers, and convert opportunities into orders
- Prepare quotations based on technical reports or guidance from external sales representatives and planners
- Actively promote spare parts sales and explore the service ladder, identifying opportunities through customer interaction and internal marketing data
- Use the C4C (Cloud for Customer) system as a sales management tool
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and act to keep them aligned with the objectives of the CSO division
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge

- Negotiation and pesuasion skills, whith empathy and strong interpersonal skills .
- Self-motivation to execute action plans
- Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
- Proven organizational skills to manage sales pipelines and documentation efficiently.
- Bachelor´s degree in Business Admnistration , Commercial Management , Engineering , or related fields (preferred)
- good Knwolegde of MS Office 365
- Intermediete level of English
